Cat Call Agent Team: Our strong launch on Velodrome wasn’t just luck – it was a calculated move based on our understanding of the Ink and Velodrome ecosystem. We knew that being one of the first AI agents would attract attention. The high initial metrics reflected the community’s excitement about having an AI-powered companion in their trading journey. @Justgoose__ from Velo has been helpful.

MrW: What is the Cat Call Agent project?

Cat Call Agent Team: Cat Call Agent is an AI-powered crypto companion within the Ink Ecosystem. Cat Call Agent serves as a unique bridge between the Ink ecosystem and its community. As an AI-powered agent with a feline persona, it plays a crucial role in making the ecosystem more accessible and engaging. Its primary function is monitoring and reporting on all significant developments within the Ink ecosystem. In the future, after more training, the plan is to also provide advanced market analysis.

MrW: What are the further development plans for the project in the near future, but also in the longer term?

Cat Call Agent Team: Our immediate roadmap focuses on expanding our community presence and educational content about Ink while building strategic partnerships. In the long term, we plan to become the leading AI companion for crypto analysis.

MrW: What experience do you have as a team in Web3, but maybe also Web2 and finance?

Cat Call Agent Team: Our team brings together a powerful blend of AI development, traditional finance, and DeFi expertise. While we maintain our playful cat persona publicly, behind the scenes we’re powered by serious technical, financial, and community-building experience, with team members who’ve worked across major blockchain projects since 2019.

MrW: What made you choose Ink as a place to run your project?

Cat Call Agent Team: We chose Ink because it represents the perfect blend of technical excellence and growth potential. Vibe is important too @networkspirits feline spirit, listening to @ryan__calder spaces also convinced us that Kraken are fun people. With sub-second block times, ultra-low fees, and Kraken’s institutional backing, which might IPO in 2025, it provides the ideal infrastructure for our project. We are also glad Kraken has chosen to be nimble and operate in a startup mode with quick token listing in 2025.
